The challenge
Summit Diagnostics operated three locations across the Denver metro area, each running a different management system — one used a spreadsheet, another a legacy desktop app, and the third a generic invoicing tool. Priya had no consolidated view of revenue, work order status, or customer satisfaction. Transferring a customer between locations meant phone calls, re-keyed data, and frequent errors. Multi-shop reporting took two full days at month-end.
The solution
Priya consolidated all three shops onto Cyon Auto’s platform. Shop-specific pricing rules and labor rates were configured per location, while the shared backend gave Priya a cross-shop dashboard. Customer records became portable — a customer who dropped off at the Lakewood location could pick up at the Aurora one with full service history visible to both teams. Automated invoice generation and Stripe integration replaced manual billing at each site.
The results
Month-end reporting dropped from two days to under two hours. Average customer approval time fell to 15 minutes, compared to the previous 4-hour average when estimates were sent via email attachments. Revenue grew 28% quarter-over-quarter as recovered administrative time let advisors handle more repair orders per day. The Aurora location, previously the lowest performer, saw a 35% increase in completed jobs within the first 60 days.
