- How long is the free trial?
- Starter and Pro include a 14-day free trial with full access to the workflow. No credit card is required to start.
- How do I cancel?
- You can cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade between Starter and Pro when your needs change. We will prorate or align billing at the next renewal.
- Who owns my shop data?
- You do. Your customers, vehicles, work orders, and invoices are yours. We do not sell your data. Export and migration assistance are available on Enterprise.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards. Invoicing and ACH may be available for Enterprise agreements.
