Why we built this
Most shop management platforms were designed for large operations with dedicated IT staff and weeks of onboarding. They solve for feature count, not for clarity. We watched independent shops — 1 to 15 bays — duct-tape their workflows together with whiteboards, group texts, and phone calls, then get blamed when a customer felt out of the loop. Cyon Auto is the tool those shops should have had from the start: a single workflow where creating a work order, getting it approved, doing the work, and sending the invoice all happen in one place — with a record of every step.
